The Nature Coast, particularly Horowhenua, has a strong history of textile design and production. Levana Textiles has over 50 years of accumulated expertise in circular knitted fabrics. Levana provides innovative knits for leading fashion, lifestyle, sports and medical brands both domestically and internationally, all manufactured out of Levin. They specialise in merino wool products and offer fibre platforms such as zero C02 (a world first), organic and traceability back to the farm. Their Levin factory shop is a popular spot for visitors to the region and a great way to feel just a sample of their success.
