Te Horo Lodge on the Nature Coast is a haven for those who need to slow down and unwind. 
What seeps into our mind and body affects our wellbeing - persistent traffic, unhealthy food, stress, a lack of sunlight, late nights - sometimes slowly, but often dramatically.
