Wellington Tramway Museum
The Wellington Tramway Museum in Queen Elizabeth Park on the Nature Coast is a prime example of a
museum that is fiercely and proactively looking to the future, not just the past. Historically, the museum and tram rides have been run by a group of passionate tram enthusiasts. But as they age gracefully (without enough new volunteers to receive their mechanical knowledge and stories), and when the museum's overheads weren't being met, the museum created the first paid position.
